Amazing job by technician james, i initially installed a motor my self and the door was not closing properly, i tried to tension the door myself and ended up balloning the door and losing tension on the springs.
James fixed the balloning, tension, motor issues, and bracket system, also made the door run twice as smooth in under 30mins will definatley recommend for future jobs, friends and family. Very well priced

We called in to get the garage door mounting repaired as it had come away and we couldn’t open the door to get the car out.The chap who attended was Ed and he was a very nice chap who resolved my issue quickly and without a fuss. Ed checked the system for errors etc and retensioned the door springs so the door is super quiet compared to what it used to be, thank you very much.

Swan Garage Doors have been our go to for any work required on our Garage Door. They are friendly and helpful with all queries no matter how big or small. Their phone staff are very helpful in assisting with payment methods in making the matter stress free and their technicians provide detailed information explained in easy to understand terms. We’ve had a Spring replaced (15years & Urgent Service) and just recently the motor (16years & Next Day Service). Urgent Service naturally occurs a fee, but with prompt service and no mess left, there’s no complaints! We will continue to call on Swans for any Roller Door issues we have!
Most recent technician we had was James and he was great, he replaced the roller door motor. He explained what he needed to do, worked out any differences (as always the case with old for new) with a can do attitude and left no mess like he had never been there!
